All Levels Vinyasa yoga connects individual poses with deep breaths in a series of flowing sequences of movement.  These classes will be taught at room temperature OR warm (85) degree temperature.  Suitable for all levels including beginners

75 minutes. Performed in a room with temperature between 95 - 104°F  with 40-50% humidity.  Proven to help with stress, high blood pressure, detoxification, sleep, weight, loss. 

Please come to class hydrated.

Hot Power Yoga

Gentle style yoga performed at a slower pace with less intense poses. Great for beginners! 

Core Fusion

Yoga with a pilates twist focusing on core strength.   All Levels 

Warm Slow Flow

Calm and Slow Flow. Room is heated to 80-85 degrees.s All levels.

60 minutes hot vinyasa flow. Heated to 99-104 degree's and 40 % humidity. Get the mind and body workout! Detox and rejuvinate all in one class! All levels welcomed!
