Melisa's yoga journey began in 2009 when she moved to Washington from Puerto Rico. Instantly captivated, yoga became her path to a harmonious mind-body-breath connection. It fuels mindfulness, physical strength, and self-awareness. She earned her 200-hour RYT certification in 2015 from Open Up Yoga in Seattle before relocating to Atlanta

My personal practice has been a safe space to process the things I’ve walked through, and has catapulted me into healing my mind, body and spirit.”
Claire has as a passion for trauma-informed yoga, and holds a certification as a Mindful Resilience for Trauma Recovery Teacher with the Veterans Yoga Project. She serves as a Director and board member of a local non-profit, Humble Warrior Wellness and Yoga Inc. Created to serve female First Responders and Veterans, they hold multiple yearly retreats that include yoga, connection, journaling and plant based cooking classes. In addition to retreats, they participate in many different events for this well deserved demographic of women on and off the yoga mat.
Claire began teaching in 2017, and has her 200hr certification through YogaFaith. She teaches many different styles of yoga, but specializes in adaptive and trauma-informed yoga. She’s on a mission for each student to find their own personal practice, and often says “It’s not all about how your yoga form looks… it’s about how it feels!”

Julianna is a former dancer who began her yoga practice at the young age of 9! She found yoga to be an invaluable tool for increasing flexibility, strength, and injury prevention. She earned her 200-hour RYT in 2018 and has since added certification in pilates and aerial yoga. She is currently pursuing a degree in kinesiology at the Unive
Julianna is a former dancer who began her yoga practice at the young age of 9! She found yoga to be an invaluable tool for increasing flexibility, strength, and injury prevention. She earned her 200-hour RYT in 2018 and has since added certification in pilates and aerial yoga. She is currently pursuing a degree in kinesiology at the University of North Georgia. Julianna’s specialty is hot power yoga. In her classes, you can expect a challenge but she believes in making yoga accessible for all and is skilled at offering modifications for all levels and abilities. Her future plans involve completing her 300-hour yoga teacher training, as she believes yoga is a journey, not a destination. There is always more to learn and she welcomes you to her class no matter where you are in your journey.

As a previous restaurant owner/Chef, and alum of Johnson & Wales University, breaking bread with others and building connections with food and fitness are my passion. Believing that yoga is for everyone, the movement of our bodies and what we fuel our bodies with is equally important. Three years ago my yoga practice found me, cracked me wide open, and allowed for my inner light to come through, changing me from the inside out. I knew I wanted to share this practice, teach and hold space for others on their journey. Building community, body inclusivity, and flow space has become my service mission.I graduated from the Alanna Kaivalya Yoga Academy, becoming a certified RYT 500 in April of 2021, and now to add to it an E-RYT 200. My teaching flow ranges from hot yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and tone and sculpt.I am a bi-lingual Hungarian-Colombian soul currently residing in Atlanta with my partner and two children, striving every day to be better than yesterday.

For Chanda, yoga encompasses physical, spiritual, and mental dimensions, aiding stress management and fostering personal growth. Her passion lies in sharing this transformative journey, inspiring others to embark on their own path of yoga.
