All Levels Vinyasa yoga connects individual poses with deep breaths in a series of flowing sequences of movement. These classes will be taught at room temperature OR warm (85) degree temperature. Suitable for all levels including beginners
Poses held for extended periods of time, increasing flexibility and bringing an overall sense of peace and calm. All Levels
75 minutes. Performed in a room with temperature between 95 - 105°F with 40-60% humidity. Proven to help with stress, high blood pressure, detoxification, sleep, weight, loss.

Yoga with a pilates twist focusing on core strength. All Levels
Calm and Slow Flow. All levels.
60 minutes hot flow. Heated to 95-105 degree's. Please come to class hydrated.
